Tom Haberstroh, wrote an ESPN insider article about seven possible deadline trades. He suggests sending Tyreke Evans to the Philadelphia 76'ers in exchange for Evan Turner and Arnette Moultrie.
I don't like it.
First off, Tyreke is the best player in the trade. Second of all, despite Turner's recent 3 point shooting success, I am not sold that he can be a consistent threat from behind the arc. And Arnette Moultrie? That's exactly what we need. (Where's the sarcasm font?) He would just be another subpar big man trying to take up minutes. I'm already peeved that Hayes is taking minutes away from Thomas Robinson.
I don't see many ways to improve our team through a trade with the 76'ers. Honestly, I would rather stay put at the deadline unless some team is just dying to have John Salmons or Chuck Hayes on their team. Wait for the offseason, and hope that the Kings are still around.
