As the Sacramento City Council prepares to see a term sheet for a new downtown arena financed through a private-public partnership in two weeks, the city is asking fans for input on what they'd like to see in the project. Through the city's new website Envision Sacramento, you can provide your thoughts on design and amenities. (The whole Envision Sacramento project is so good. It's like the Pawnee, Ind., Parks and Rec public hearings, but on the internet and without the ramblings of madmen and madwomen!)
