I am currently in a college level government course at my local community college, and I received an assignment to describe in lengthy detail (8-10 pages or so) a Californian government policy. I thought, what better than writing about the Sacramento arena plans? Unfortunately, I do not have the internet-scouring prowess that some of you folks possess, and making a specifically laid out plan of a policy is difficult when one has no numbers, or much data to back up an assertion that this arena deal is good for the community, both culturally and economically.

I apologize if I am violating etiquette, but this didn't seem to be fitting of a fanshot, so I put it here. Please rec for visibility, I'd like to make this one of my better papers ever!
