Lets be honest. In the last weeks there are a lot of talks about the upcoming draft, the lottery and the fact that aliens in co-operation with spencer hawes gave the no.1 pick to cleveland again. but along with that completely reasonable argument there is a lot of talking about the kings need for another PG, even if IT is going to remain with the Kings
And that pisses me off. I will not throw with thousands of statistic-numbers at you but a no.60-pick with a 20/7 starter-perfomance in his third season seems to be our biggest issue sacramento has???? well it appears to be according to the most of the mock drafts out there and a lot of the commenteres on STR. And its not enough. Along with that 20/7 dude we saw another second-round-pg-pick in his rookie-season showing some real highlights at the end of the season. and despite that fact the PG-position seems to be the no.1-topic. its not about our crappy defense, the selfish-iso-dribble-shit on offense, our 20 'awesome' power forward-actors or anything else.
Dont get me wrong. Neither IT or RayMC are perfect. But in my opinion is there a chance that both dudes can become cornerstones of a successfull kings-team. and their perfomances told the same story. A lot of work needs to be done for both of our PGs but this is really the last position i would worry about.
We all want the team succeed. But i also want players with the right attitude. Guys who come on the court and not are only playing for the money. I want dudes like IT with a big heart, with a feeling for team chemistry. I dont want any mercenary guy. I want IT to stay.
