Time's Up

I'm liveblogging over at FanHouse. I'll be over here for some reaction on the Kings pick.

Ray Allen's going east, Andy Katz says. That might lead to Seattle taking Jeff Green with Boston's #5 pick. Gulp.

Re: Time's Up
Well folks, we are either getting Noah or Hawes. (Unless they go SF, which I really hope they do not.)Although I prefer Noah, I wouldn't mind seeing the mass hysteria around these parts should we select Hawes.  Man, it would get flat out ugly around here!!!!  :-)

I hope (and think) Petrie won't select Hawes. Just plain not athletic enough. Thornton is my guess.

I'm glad we got Brad Junior...wow, this pick sucked. I'm at a loss for words. Wright, Thornton, Law, Crittenton, Young, ANYONE but Hawes. We get a lottery pick for the first time in 9 years and we f*ck it up

Re: Time's Up
Yes.

The Kings have been losing because we have NO rebounders, NO interior defense and NO athleticism.

Guess what? Hawes has NONE of those things either.

Re: Time's Up
The only good news is at least we have our center for the next 10 years or so. Now all we need is a new PF, SF and PG, unless Artest has a 180 degree turn around due to Theus coming in.

Or just trade for Jermaine O'Neal lol
