hmm
I actually think this is a blessing in a disguise. Does anyone agree with me?

Ron
Our young guys get more minutes. Although you guys are right, December Ron was spectacular especially in the assists category. I'd be thrilled  if he returned next year but if he's not going to, I'd rather that Garcia play. Our teamwork has been improving. At least we now have a bench.

I would have agreed...
...right after Ron came back, but lately he had really worked a lot better within the offense, especially down low. He was getting better and better at passing out of the double teams. I miss December's Ron Artest.

I would have agreed with you too except for
Ron's comments in these articles re: his disdain for playing small ball.

"I like big ball," Artest said. "I like it better. I think we can play small ball for a little bit, but small ball doesn't work too much.

And this article re: his desire/want/need to be the Knicks savior.
http://www.nypost.com/seven/01022008/sports/knicks/artest__i_can_fix_knicks_870495.htm

I thought he was integrating well into Theus' team strategy and then read these (probably biased) articles but still thought, hmmm...maybe I need to rethink my vote on the Artest poll.

OT: Sorry, I just don't know how to short link these articles or how to either quote box or italicize quotes on SB Nation. Can somebody please point me to a tutorial?  I hate making icky looking posts.

Distracted now, I just saw my unopened SMUD bill and the envelope is decorated with wreaths and ornaments, I am sure there must be good news inside!

AIIIIYEEEEEEEEAAAAAAH!

:HUFF::HUFF::HUFF:

Not so bad, sniff, maybe next month I can sell a kidney to pay that bill which will surely be doubled. :::brrr:::

Happy New Year to all the StR fans and stay safe!

God bless you, Corliss. You always played as though you knew how expensive my tickets were. -section214
