Win the Lottery, Step #1: Find the Scion

The representative of the Sacramento Kings at the May 20 draft lottery in New Jersey will be ... some season ticket holder.

There will be an online vote in May to determine the finalists. Cast a wary eye, friends.

(Also, stay tuned. In the next few weeks I will unveil my quest for the Holy Grail of spiritual satisfaction which will lead to a top-3 pick.)

SECTION!
Seriously, if you don't at least ENTER this drawing, I will resign my position as president of your fan club.

But seriously, they're making the winner fly commercial? I know it's first class, but still. You'd think a seat on AirMaloof would be offered.

But if I enter and win
I'll miss our ping pong ball thread...

Bring a laptop
Burn Peachosaurus Rex in effigy, and get over it. Take one for the team!

OK
I'm in, but when I win I will be taking up a "good luck charm" collection to take with me. What do you all have to offer?

I'll take the bait...
Let's put Karma to the test and bring a Peaches shirt.  Think about the exposure for Peaches (and plug for SPCA), especially when they do the required national tv interview.  Sounds like a win-win to me.

This
is going to require some deep and serious thought.

Here's an idea...
Section basically has to convince the judges. I think we should start an online petition for him to go and he can send the link to the judges with his little write-up. TZ could post it on the main page. Hell, a blurb about the contest has already been posted by Henry Abbott on TrueHoop. And he links to StR regularly. I'm sure he'd link to it on there as well. Get enough people to sign it and I think he's a shoe-in.

Section!
For the the win!  Oh, boy!  If you don't like that, you don't like Kings basketball!

And I'm quitting your Fan Club as well if you don't enter.

TZ should start an SPCA drive to have you wear the Peaches T-shirt as well.

Think of the fans, and the puppies!

This could be your Holy Grail and purpose in life (wink). I know you're much happier being a good father and husband, but c'mon, this is SPORTS!

Really, section214 for the WIN!

God bless you, Corliss. You always played as though you knew how expensive my tickets were. -section214

'86 or bust
I'd be surprised if they didn't (once again) grease one of their longtime ticketholders.  At fourty some-odd home games, they've honored two "tickeholders of the game" and I think nearly every one of them has been been a subscriber since '86.  Like, I understand rewarding loyalty and everything, but shit, man -- no matter how long I continue to hold tickets, I'll never have a chance to go back that far.
My all-star picks would be:
  • Sign lady
  • Sign man (though I haven't seen him there since he ran down to shake Pedrioa's hand).  Crazy needs representing too.
  • The "Superfan Dancers" from sec. 120.  Not only does this mother-daughter team dominate jumbotron time, they get their mug on the tube as well.
  • John Stout from Sec. 219, 'cause he's got the spirit.

Just curious...
Are you the same Ogre Lawless who craps all over Wikipedia edits or are you a clone of that guy?

Just wondering...
