Some odds and ends on DRAFT DAY.

* Needless to say, I am quite :-( about the finality of the Donte Greene news. More on Friday or Saturday.

* The Kings' No. 5 pick, provided they hang on to it, would come down between 4:50 and 5 p.m. Pacific. The No. 36 pick will come down between 7:15 and 7:30 p.m. Pacific, in my estimation. The No. 12 pick is set for roughly 5:30 p.m. and the No. 16 pick is slotted for about 5:50 p.m. Just in case you're curious. NOTE: Times edited.

* We'll have a morning open thread at 7, a lunch open thread at 12 and then four open threads during the draft: at 4:30 for picks 1-5, at 5 for picks 6-15, at 5:50 for picks 16-30 and at 7 for the second round. In addition to that, we'll have new stories for any trade or pick the Kings make and major rumors throughout the day. In the open threads during the draft, we ask you to refrain from GIFs and images due to load issues. NOTE: Times edited.

* Given that emotions will be running high and nerves will be frayed due to the draft, let's please keep politics out of all the threads. I know it's an important political day, and right now I'm pretty danged juiced to see the ruling myself, but for all that is good and Holy, let's keep that to our personal Facebook walls so we can fight with our real family instead of our basketball family, OK?

* SBNation.com's rumors stream will be updated constantly. As soon as 4 p.m. hits, our NBA Draft results stream will pick up heavy duty. If you're at work during the draft and can't get on Twitter, I'd advise you follow that results stream.

* No matter what happens, know that I love you all, no matter what Tyler Zeller says. He is an infidel. He cannot be trusted.
