Kings vs. Nuggets: Greivis Vasquez, Patrick Patterson to start

As has been rumored since Monday, Kings coach Michael Malone is choosing to use Greivis Vasquez and Patrick Patterson in the starting lineup in the first game of the season. Vasquez and Patterson will line up with DeMarcus Cousins, Marcus Thornton and Johnny Salmons.

Isaiah Thomas and Jason Thompson will no doubt get plenty of minutes, and we will see if Malone goes 10- or 11-deep to spread the minutes around.
