It's only four games, but...

New, comments

Reviewing the season so far, while understanding we're still very early in the journey.

The Sacramento Kings are off to an improbable 3-1 start.  The Kings schedule doesn't get any easier in the next week or so, but it's been fun to watch the team.  The larger NBA collective doesn't believe the Kings can sustain anything close to this level of success, and they have every reason to doubt.  That said, let's review a few things, with the caveat that it's only been four games.

It's only four games, but...damn this team is fun to watch.

It's only four games, but...Boogie is a monster, and has contributed on both ends of the floor.

It's only four games, but...the team is grinding out wins in a way we haven't seen in Sacramento in a very long time.

It's only four games, but...Darren Collison has been excellent.

It's only four games, but...Pete D'Alessandro might have known what he was doing this offseason.

It's only four games, but...Ramon Sessions has been awful, and should be benched for Ray McCallum.

It's only four games, but...the Kings are the 5th best team in the West.

It's only four games, but...the Kings are a half game back on the Golden State Warriors for the division lead.

It's only four games, but...Boogie is averaging 1.5 blocks per game.

It's only four games, but...the Kings are 9th in opponents points per game.

It's only four games, but...the Kings are 4th in opponent FG%.

It's only four games, but...I'm enjoying the hell out of the start of the season.
