By popular demand, we're bringing back Kings Links, your news and notes on the Kings from around the Internet.

Sacramento Bee: Another team effort, another Kings win
Good recap here from Jason Jones, especially regarding the chemistry this team is playing with.  I especially liked this quote from Coach Michael Malone:

"I went to put DeMarcus (Cousins) back in the game at one point, and he said ‘Coach, give them another minute, let them play another minute' to build up that trust," said Kings coach Michael Malone. "We have a lot of guys that believe in each other, and we're really coming together as a team right now, which is great to see."

Sacramento Bee: Kings look for guards McLemore, Stauskas to get into scoring habit
Another piece from Jones in which he explores the young guards' shooting struggles.  Jones notes that neither player is getting to the line, which would help their efficiency a lot.

Sacramento Bee: Sacramento arena opponents vow another court appeal
These guys don't know when they've lost.

CBSSports: Early Impressions: Is there hope for the Sacramento Kings?
Matt Moore with an excellent and pragmatic look at the Kings hot start.  My favorite part of the piece (which you should read in its entirety) is this:

But for a franchise like the Kings, stuck in not mediocrity, but downright awfulness for a decade, you have to start somewhere. The Kings have started somewhere. The defense is sound. The chemistry is good. They have a superstar in Cousins, and a supporting cast playing well right now. If it falls apart, it falls apart, but you have to feel like you're going somewhere in order to make the wheels move.

I believe in metrics, and evidence, and sample sizes. But I also believe that how players feel about a team matters. And Cousins may have put how this team feels right now best on Monday night. Does this year feel different from the starts Sacramento has gotten off to?

"It does (feel different)," the man called Boogie said. "But it feels so amazing."

The big man paused.

"It feels amazing."

Sacramento Kings: Kings assign Eric Moreland to Reno
This was bound to happen, and Moreland will join the Bighorns for the foreseeable future.  Reno starts its season on November 14th.  Sacramento has a lot of road games this month, so I could see Moreland being with them for a while.

ESPN: Highlights and lows of the first week
The Kings unsurprisingly make some noise as highlights of the early season.
