2014 Sactown Royalty Draft Board: Pick No. 12

NOTE:

Last night before I went to bed, Clint Capela had about 10 votes and Tyler Ennis and Elfrid Payton were the ones in the lead.  In our StR Draft Board #10 poll, he had 5 total.  When I checked this morning, Capela had somehow surged to the lead with 28% of the vote and 125 total votes.  It's clear that someone rigged the vote by clearing their web cache/history and voting multiple times.  This is not ok.  This isn't some sort of popularity contest where you're trying to get your guy to win.  This is meant to be a community effort and when people do this they ruin it for everybody.  If this continues, I will have to either change voting to comment only, which eliminates lurkers from being able to vote, or I will have to stop this polling early.  I don't want to have to do either of these things so please, don't be that person.
