These lists tend to evolve as voting continues, with workout news and prospect breakdowns affecting things.  For instance Elfrid Payton is probably as high as he is in part due to reports of his excellent workouts.  Meanwhile Joel Embiid is at #1, something that probably would have changed had his foot injury occurred before voting began.
