Good God I didn't want to write this

Biegler almost never makes himself heard, which I regret because I enjoy his writing usually. Greg, well, I've never agreed with him but I at least appreciate the fact that he puts his opinion out there. Today they both put pieces out criticizing the STR readership about their criticism of basketball decisions. While they were decently written, to the overall sentiments I will say "get over yourself."

I am a relatively quiet member of the community but have been reading daily since 2008. The STR community has been through hell and back. We can finally function as a blog of a team that exists in real and future time without worrying about Seattle, Va Beach or wherever. We are supposed to bitch about personnel moves as if we have experience. We are also in an obvious shell shock from dealing with the Maloofs. We are currently in the phase of Jason Segal during Forgetting Sarah Marshall where he is with the gag me girl. We are thisclose to Mila Kunis,

I've read the comments that Greg and Biegs are referring to. And you know what, it's fine. Fans are supposed to be skeptical of ownership moves. We are supposed to feel like experts. Do any of us actually feel like we are smarter than a Tibco billionaire? No, of course not. Does that not mean we cannot question executive moves? No, that's the whole point of the offseason and team blogs.

A lot of this blog has been focused on city council, Seattle, the Maloofs and the business of basketball. We can now focus on the basketball part. We are not that removed from having horrible, budget owners. The fact that any one would come on this blog and write a post criticizing our fans reaction to ownership is laughable. As a reminder, you do not have a superior point of view, You just have a different point of view.
