Team USA continued to look unstoppable on Wednesday as they dominated the shorthanded Dominican Republic 106 to 71 despite a slow start.  The United States is now 4-0 in the group stage and have locked up the top spot already, with one more game on Thursday against Ukraine before advancing to the knockout stage.

DeMarcus Cousins had easily his best game of the World Cup against the Dominican Republic, scoring 13 points on a perfect 5/5 from the field to go along with 5 rebounds, 2 assists and an amazing 6 steals in just 12 minutes of play.  Cousins was energetic on both ends and provided a real spark for Team USA.

Rudy Gay wasn't half bad himself, scoring 9 point on 3 of 5 shooting to go with 5 assists (second to just Stephen Curry's 7), 4 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 blocks in 17 minutes.  He also had a game-high +/- of +30.

The Dominican Republic were playing without former King Francisco Garcia, who up until this game had been the fifth-highest scorer in the tournament at 21 points per game.
