Kings vs. Lakers Preview: Victory in Vegas?

Kelley L Cox-USA TODAY Sports

Sacramento is headed to Las Vegas for their annual preseason game with the new-look Lakers.  Kobe's back, and Los Angeles has added some new pieces in Roy Hibbert, D'Angelo Russell and a healthy Julius Randle.  It should be a good test for this Kings team to try to showcase some consistency.  Tip-off is at 7 p.m. and the game appears as though it will be available on League Pass and KHTK 1140 only.  No television broadcast.

Three Questions:

1. What starting lineup will we see next?  There's been a different one every day so far, with perhaps the most consistent change being at Shooting Guard.  Is it Marco's turn to start? I feel that Coach Karl likes Belinelli coming off the bench, but since it's preseason it might be worth taking a look at what starting him would look like.

2. Can the team keep the turnovers low? Against Portland on Saturday they had a preseason-low 13 turnovers, and 8 of those came in the first half.  That was a nice sign of progress after a very sloppy first few games.  I'd like to see them continue to get better on this front.  DeMarcus in particular probably needs to stop dribbling it up the court so much, especially since it kind of limits what Rajon Rondo can do.

3. Is there a chance we see anyone who hasn't played yet?  The only guys the Kings have played that don't have guaranteed contracts are David Stockton and Eric Moreland. Duje Dukan has yet to see any playing time either.  The Kings have yet to make any roster cuts, so I wonder if we'll ever get to see a look at any of those other guys before they're eventually let go and potentially head to Reno.
