This should come as a surprise to no one, but the NBA has officially suspended DeMarcus Cousins for an elbow / forearm to the head (he didn't really connect, but I digress) of Atlanta Hawks center Al Horford.

NEW YORK — Sacramento Kings forward DeMarcus Cousins has been suspended one game without pay for hitting Atlanta Hawks forward Al Horford in the head with a forearm, it was announced today by Kiki VanDeWeghe, Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations.
The incident occurred with 2:00 remaining in the first quarter of the Hawks' 103-97 win over the Kings on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at Philips Arena.
Cousins will serve his suspension tonight when the Kings face the Miami Heat at 7:30 p.m. ET at AmericanAirlines Arena.
As the press release notes, DeMarcus Cousins will miss tonights game against the Miami Heat, and the Kings' chances of winning that game goes down dramatically.
