Preview: Kings at Thunder on a road back to back

Can the Kings take a win from what looks like a schedule loss?

Kelley L Cox-USA TODAY Sports

There's no time to dwell on Saturday's loss to the Rockets, as the Kings get back in action against the Oklahoma City Thunder. A back to back, on the road, against a presumable playoff team, is pretty much the definition of a schedule loss. But there's a reason they still play the games, and we'll see if the Kings can steal a win.

Three things

1. Can Boogie feast? The Thunder have solid big men, and DeMarcus Cousins will get thrown a lot of looks from Serge Ibaka and Steven Adams. When he's at his best, nobody can stop Cousins. It's simply a question of if they'll slow him down.

2. Can the Kings play team defense? The neverending struggle rages on.

3. Will George Karl stick with Omri Casspi in the starting lineup? The worst side effect of Willie Cauley-Stein's injury is the renewed disarray with rotations. Karl was finally settling into some consistency. Casspi was fine against Houston, but that's never stopped Karl before.

Go Kings!
