The Sacramento Kings have reached an agreement with Kosta Koufos, according to ESPN's Marc Stein. Koufos will come to Sacramento on a four-year deal worth $33 million, which is a fantastic price for such a solid big man. That amounts to about $8.25 million per season. The deal also includes a player option on the fourth year.

This is a fantastic value for a player of Koufos' caliber. As a back-up big man he's one of the best in the league. He also has the capability to play alongside DeMarcus Cousins as a starter. Another bonus of this signing is George Karl's familiarity with Kosta, as the two overlapped in Denver. Karl was a big fan of Koufos.
From Jeff Morton of SB Nation's Denver Stiffs:
Message to Kings fans. George LOVED Koufos in Denver. Played him over Mozzy and McGee. Koufos is the perfect Karl big.

The Kings probably need to add another wing, which Kings fans are hoping might be Omri Casspi. But as far as I can tell, the Kings have compiled an excellent front court rotation and addressed many of the depth issues that plagued the team last season.
