Help send even more kids to a Kings game!

We’re not done sending kids in need to see some Kings basketball.

Last April, you guys helped secure over 1,200 tickets so that local foster kids could attend a Kings game. We originally hoped to treat 250 kids to the game, but we clearly underestimated as you guys blew that goal out of the water in the first few hours! In fact, you guys bought so many tickets (of which the Kings generously matched) that we didn’t have enough room at the game for all of them.

So the Kings and the Ticket to Dream Foundation are applying the 300 tickets that couldn’t be used last season and sending more foster kids to the October 29th game against the Washington Wizards. They’ve also re-opened the link to donate tickets, so if you weren’t able to contribute last year, here’s your chance to do so.

Let’s set a new goal! Can we send 2,000 foster kids to a game? These tickets will still be matched by the Kings, so we only need a few hundred more!

Thanks once again to everyone who has donated, the Sacramento Kings for putting this together, and the Ticket to Dream Foundation for everything they do. We’re hoping to do this again in the future, and will give you guys updates when we do so.
