Fresh off a thrilling victory over the Houston Rockets, the Sacramento Kings return to the friendly confines of Golden 1 Center to face the Oklahoma City Thunder. It’s a huge game for the Kings for a few reasons.

First, the game has big implications for the Western Conference standings. Yes, it’s only December and it may seem silly to be watching the playoff race this closely, but the Kings are one game behind the Thunder in the standings and it wouldn’t be surprising if the two teams are jockeying for a playoff spot at the end of the season. These games in December could end up being key to tiebreaker scenarios in the spring.

Second, this game could mark the return of Marvin Bagley III. While nothing has been officially announced yet, there’s a lot of speculation that this will be the game where Bagley is back.

If you want to see the game in person, you can get tickets from Stub Hub. Using that link tells them you came from Sactown Royalty.
